Key responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end client deployments: scoping, configuration, data migration, training, go-live.
- Run functional design workshops with business stakeholders (Energy Procurement, Trading, Pricing, Risk).
- Support pre-sales on complex accounts: advanced product demos, RFPs, POC workshops.
- Be the voice of the domain to product: prioritise evolutions of the 41 features, validate new native objects.
- Produce high-value content (white papers, case studies, conference talks).
- Train and challenge the junior consultants we'll be hiring next.
Profile we look for
- 8 to 15 years in B2B energy: alternative supplier, aggregator, consulting firm, broker, or in-house energy management.
- Strong grasp of market mechanisms: ARENH (and what comes next), ESC, capacity, balancing, PPA, GO, flex, NEBEF, public tenders.
- Experience leading digital transformation projects (CRM, ERP, BI, DMS) appreciated.
- Ability to model business processes and turn them into functional specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent English.

Key responsibilities
- Drive applicative architecture of the platform and domain modules (CRM, matching, BI).
- Contribute meaningfully to the code (50 to 60 % of your time): back, front, jobs, integrations.

Praestria targets a clearly identified market: alternative suppliers, aggregators, IPPs, brokers and B2B energy management departments. The market is structuring, cycles are long (6 to 18 months), tickets are meaningful (€60 k to €350 k ARR). We're looking for a Head of Sales who can embody consultative selling to energy C-suites.

Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver an annual ARR target on the large-account energy segment (top 50 suppliers and aggregators in France + Benelux).
- Build and execute the account-based selling motion: account mapping, account plans, multi-touch sequences.
- Run the full cycle: qualification, demo, POC, negotiation, closing, handover to Customer Success.
- Represent Praestria at sector events (Energy Trading Week, Smart Energies, Enerpresse, Smart Grids+).
- Co-build campaigns, content and the quarterly white paper with Marketing.
- Feed product with the client voice: domain needs, segments to prioritise, module requests.
- Hire and structure the sales team over 12 months (one SDR then a second AE).
Profile we look for
- 8 to 15 years in complex B2B sales, ideally SaaS / domain software or energy consulting.
- Native or very solid knowledge of the energy sector: electricity and gas markets, ESC, PPA, flex, GO mechanisms.
- Proven consultative selling to C-suites and business directors (Energy Manager, Energy Procurement Director, COO).
- CRM proficiency (ideally Hubspot or Salesforce) and commercial data culture (pipeline coverage, conversion, velocity).
- Fluent English required.
- Mindset: demanding, reliable, comfortable in a structuring startup.

Key responsibilities
- Define, run and evolve Praestria's data protection policy (clients, prospects, employees, candidates).
- Maintain the records of processing, run DPIAs on new product modules (PPA matching, AI, scoring).
- Be the primary contact for the CNIL and for client DPOs (utilities, suppliers, aggregators).
- Draft and maintain contractual clauses: DPA, sub-processing, non-EU transfers, sovereign hosting.
- Run the internal training program (onboarding, annual awareness, workshops on AI and energy data).
- Co-lead with the CISO the incident management and breach notification process (72h).
- Contribute to ISO 27001 and HDS certification audits (in flight).
Profile we look for
- Master's in digital law, business school with compliance specialisation, or engineer with a legal track.
- 5+ years as a DPO, ideally in a B2B SaaS publisher or a regulated actor (energy, banking, health).
- CIPP/E, AFCDP or equivalent certification appreciated.
- Command of GDPR, the NIS2 directive, the CNIL framework for energy data (PRM deliberation, SGE access).
- Fluent English (exchanges with European partners and export clients).
- Rigor, pedagogy, ability to dialogue with product and tech teams.

Key responsibilities
- Office management: equipment, supplies, vendors (cleaning, reception, IT workstations), landlord relations.
- Administrative onboarding of new hires: hardware, accounts, benefits, badge, welcome kit.
- Prepare variable payroll inputs with the payroll firm; track expense reports (Spendesk) and supplier invoices.
- Day-to-day cash management alongside the CEO; interface with the chartered accountant.
