Praestria's entire codebase is published under the AGPLv3 license. You can audit it, fork it, deploy it yourself. No hidden proprietary components.
Managed Praestria instances are hosted on OVHcloud infrastructure in mainland France. No data leaves French jurisdiction.
Praestria is GDPR-by-design. Processing registry, consent management, data subject rights, retention periods — everything is configured.
Praestria natively embeds 31 clauses from ISO 9001 (quality), 14001 (environment) and 50001 (energy). Compliance becomes a feature, not a side project.
No US SaaS in the critical pipeline, no Google / AWS / Azure service for customer data. Rare foreign dependencies are substitutable.
